KC Music offers a variety of individual lessons taught by experienced, inspirational music instructors. The state-of-the-art lesson studios are equipped with the same instruments and gear that’s available in the store. Technology allows us to offer a FUN, energetic and efficient lessons that will maximize the students’ experience and accelerate their confidence and lifelong love of music!

KC Music’s staff will not only teach your student how to play, they’ll teach them how to maximize their practice time while having a blast doing so!

*The $19.99 registration fee gets your student enrolled and a cool KCMA T-Shirt!

*Weekly, thirty-minute lessons are $105.00 per month. Forty-Five minute lessons are $157.50 per month and full hour lessons are $210.00 per month. 

*We’re only able to hold lesson times (and instructors) for students that are paid in full during any given month and we offer super convenient EFT auto-payments.

*Prorated tuition is calculated for those who enroll mid-month. Cool, huh???

*24 hour, written notice is required for all make-up lessons. 24 hour make-up lessons are limited to (1) per quarter, (4) total per year.

*An email requesting a make-up lesson sent to lessons@kcmusicacademy.com needs to arrive a full 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Make-up lessons may be requested by calling 816.505.5005 as well.

*Make-up lessons might not be scheduled with the student’s regular instructor.

*There are no long-term contracts at KC Music Academy! You’ll be asked to sign an agreement ensuring that you will provide KCMA a reasonable (30) days notice if the student and/or parents decide to discontinue lessons for any reason. During that (30) day notice period there are no make-up lessons available and the student’s lesson time and/or instructor may be adjusted. 

KCMA is closed on these holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve
